BEST AUTO REPAIR EVER! J&L is the only auto repair shop I trust with my cars now. I've taken several cars there and have always gotten the best work done on them. They are always on top of telling me exsactly what's wrong with my car and they get it done quick! They have the best customer service and the best guys working on your car in the back. So glad I chose to take my cars there :)
I have serviced all of our family cars at J&L since the day they opened. They have always given us great service! Friendly, helpful staff. They always complete the repairs and service quickly. The price has always been fair. They are the best, honest guys in the business.
I really want to like J and L. They seem to care about good customer service and are nice people. However, we've had a few repairs we've paid for that they just can't seem to get fixed. We've had an SUV in multiple times for driver's side window problems. Three times they've tried to fix it and each time it works for a day or so and then stops working again. We also have had a problem with trailer break lights. They said the issue was with our trailer break and charged us to replace the unit. Hooked up the trailer for a long trip and guess what, still no breaks lights. Seems like something they could have tested. The list actually goes on... I think they just need a better troubleshooting and verification process.
Needed to have a new battery installed after my car died in addition to getting an oil change. They ended up charging me much more than what I could have gotten at any of the places I normally take my car. Once I paid, they didn't give me an itemized receipt, so I had to request one. Even then, the "itemized receipt" I eventually did receive was woefully incomplete. It didn't list out the parts they charged me for, nor did it indicate how much labor costs were. Very unprofessional. I left feeling scammed. I'll never go back there, even though they're only a half mile from where I live.
Travling, and decided to have the front wheel bearings checked before heading home. I dropped in and they had it fixed in no time at all! Highly recommend this shop,
