Also staff had to RFID chip our cat twice. First time they poked the enormous needle completely through (in and out again) her skin. To be fair, the cat was struggling a lot, but they didn't seem to know how to handle a struggling cat as well as the staff at other vets we've seen. They just threw a towel over her and tried to hold her down without scruffing her, etc.
I love that they are always on time for appointments. They recognize and are sweet to my dog (or at least look up her name before the appointment so they can greet her), and pricing is reasonable. Doctor spends enough time and answers any questions about care or treatment. If only they were closer to my new home... :)
The entire staff is amazing at Intermountain Veterinary! We have been going there for 15+ years (5 different animals) and we have never been disappointed by their service. They are fairly priced and provide a very high level of customer service! I recommend them to everyone I know.
Great service. My German Shepherd dog bonded immediately with the doctor. The staff was thorough. Gave recommendations.
Ok vet, but butchered the dew claws on our puppies compared to another vet we went to.
Other times we went service was ok, but never exceptional.
Our Lab has been well cared for by Dr. Lamb and his staff, and his prices are very reasonable as well.
